true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many women judge their workouts based on one thing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How sore they feel the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The problem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muscle soreness and muscle growth are not the same thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Is Muscle Soreness?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That soreness you feel after a workout is called DOMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It usually appears 24\u201348 hours after training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DOMS often happens when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You try a new exercise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You increase training volume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You return after a break<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You perform lots of eccentric reps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being sore simply means your body is adapting to a new stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It does NOT automatically mean you\u2019re building more muscle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Soreness Is A Bad Progress Tracker<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people chase soreness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They switch exercises every week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add random burnout sets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Train until they can barely walk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And then assume it was a great workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In reality, soreness often decreases as your body becomes more trained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of the best workouts you\u2019ll ever have may produce very little Muscle?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muscle growth is driven by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Progressive Overload<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your muscles need a reason to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That means gradually increasing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul struggles to repair and build new muscle tissue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training hard without adequate protein is like trying to build a house without bricks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1
